At first I could not think of what to draw, for this free form, self assigned project...but when Jody (roomate) suggested drawing Patrick himself torturing Chibi Moon (check out Chibi Project), I thought that was a great idea. After a few false starts I came up with this pencil.
Its Patrick dressed as Ferio (sp?) from Magic Knights Rayearth (he did so at Mikkakan), with rabbit ears (cause he likes rabbits, do you see how my mind works now?)
And this is the finished piece. As you can see here, I actually did most of the laying out of shadow on the final piece. While not often the best route to take, sometimes you have a very clear view of what you need to do, and can do it with minimal probs. On other projects though, I tend to try and see what a specific set of shadows and texture will do before I actually use it. Just to be safe of course.
