Convention Updates:

As I mentioned in March, I was and am still unable to go to very many conventions this year. I dropped by I-con on Sunday. I attended Anime Boston as an artist, and I have Connecticon on the weekend of July 15th - 17th currently upcoming. That one will be my last convention of the year.

So yes, Dragon Press Graphics, meaning both artists: Nikki O'Shea (thats me!) and Barry Charron, are attending Connecticon and will be in the Artist Alley located in the Dealers Room.

Comic Strip Updates:

Most of the updates on the website recently have been Comic related. Those are:

• the first Bards Comic Book is now available for Pre-Order and will also be debuted at the Convention mentioned above! Be sure to check it out and if you go to Connecticon, be sure to stop by our table.

• A Pre-Order for the Black Version of the Bards Tee shirt has been created because of popular demand for black rather then white!
• Comic Site updates - The strip has been going up regularly, once a week on wednesday for the past several weeks. This ends right around Connecticon, and we'll be returning to our 'once every two weeks' schedule.
• The original white version of the "Virgins" Tee shirts : We are currently OUT of X-Large, but still have some remaining in sizes Small thru Large as well as 2X - 4X. If you're looking for a new Nightshirt, the larger sizes are perfect for that! Once sold out of these sizes, it is very unlikely that we'll be making this shirt in white again...

Changes to my schedule. Due to things beyond my control, almost all my cons have been cancelled. I WILL be still attending ANIME BOSTON. But wether or not I'll make Connecticon? (and I REALLY WANT TO) depends on a lot of things.

I'm late on a lot of art projects right now due to the same 'circumstances'. That IS including the webcomic. Hopefully, I'll be able to take care of them soon. Just an update to let you all know that I haven't died.

Mmm...looks like I'm on a two month schedule...hehe. Okay, 2 updates

• First: I'm currently not taking any more commissions. I have a few big ones that I need to get done, and then I'd like to concentrate a bit more on the Bards Comic.

• Secondly: I've added a few new pictures in a new Print Gallery - Fantastical - so please, go check them out!

• The Bard Tee shirt was unveiled at Nekcon 2004 - and is now available on the website, in addition to OTHER bardic merchandise! Woot! Click Here
• Speaking of the Bards Comic Teeshirt, currently looking into seeing if its feasable to do the design on BLACK tee shirts. Wish us luck!

Allright, new stuff:

• November 5-7th - attending Nekocon in Chesepeake Bay, Virginia
• As of August 2004, my comic strip has reached 2 years being online.
• Started a New Deviant Art site to reach out to more people - also just putting up random stuff there occasionally that may not really fit here on the site itself: Dragon Press on Deviant Art
• Currently Revamping the Pricing page...you learn as you do this, and I've got to re-evaluate my prices for one of a time pictures.
• At Nekocon, the first Bards Comic merchandise (a Tee Shirt) will be unveiled. After Nekocon, these tee shirts WILL be available for order here on the site

To buy something off this site, most of the available items have Paypal Shopping Cart buttons. You shouldn't need to have a paypal account to use the Shopping Cart system.

• Currently - Everything under the "Prints to Order" button is available thru use of the Shopping Cart.
• I have as yet not resolved issues with putting up a shopping cart for the "Limited Edition Prints" - I don't want to run into issues with 'supply and demand' where I run out of product and cannot satisfy a customer
• If you cannot/will not order thru the online process, feel free to email me at dragonpress@bogotron.net. I will accept check or money order thru the mail as well ( though the check must clear first). Pricing will be the same as listed, just contact me so we can exchange mailing addresses.
